Staying in a dark in morning is a mistake
Do not remain in the dark for too long. When you wake up. Allow the light to fill your room by opening your curtains. Light affects your biological clock. Certain hormones require bright and early morning light to get you back into action. You must expose yourself to morning light as soon as you wake up. Missing our glass of warm water
After 7-8 hours of sleep, your body requires water. The first thing you should do when you wake up is drink a glass of warm water to rehydrate your body and activate your digestive system. Missing a glass of water might induce dehydration, and consuming some solid food directly will also produce a lot of stress in your system. You should drink a glass of warm water as soon as you wake up, but after 15 minutes, you can surely take water with lemon, turmeric, and honey. That would be lovely.
Rushing to work
Being in a rush is a significant error that we make early in the morning, and this restlessness will last all day. Your mental state in the morning might determine your energy and state of being for the entire day. As a result, you plan your morning the night before. So that you may devote at least one hour to yourself, practicing yoga, walking meditation, and spending time in nature. The serenity and concentration will last throughout the day’s work. You will be more energized, pleasant, and tranquil.
Checking your mobile phone in morning
Within 15 minutes of waking up, 80 percent of smartphone users check their phone. This behaviour has the potential to disrupt the peace of mind I’ve achieved via sleep. The instant we wake up, we are subjected to an information overload. This may add to your mental stress. Also, because of the darkness of the environment, exposure to intense light from your phone can harm your eyes. The pale blue of
mobile phone can cause reddening of your eyes and dryness. So, avoid using your phone, at least for one hour after waking up.
More calories consumed in the morning may lower the risk of heart attack, diabetes, and other circulatory issues. Skipping breakfast can cause you to consume more during the day, as well as stress your system. Early in the morning, your body has a high absorption capability. As a result, eating breakfast within two hours of waking up can assist your body in efficiently absorbing all nutrients. Also, remember to include proteins in each meal. Breakfast protein consumption is associated with lower body fat, but it has other other advantages. Greek yoghurt and cottage cheese are excellent sources of protein for breakfast.
Starting your morning with tea or coffee
When you drink tea first thing in the morning, the bacteria in your mouth break down the sugar, resulting in increased acid levels in your mouth, which can cause enamel erosion. Due to the high bacteria buildup, it may potentially induce gingivitis. Many people may feel bloated due to the inclusion of milk in the tea, owing to the high lactose level of the milk, which might influence your gut when it is empty. This can result in constipation and gas.
