Luckily, actress Ariel Winter (of Modern Family fame) was willing to talk about how she got in shape for the red carpet in an interview with People magazine. Here are her top tips!
Drink fresh juice in the morning

I eat about three times as much for lunch as I do for breakfast, she says. Breakfast for her consists of eggs and avocado toast with an almond milk latte from Starbucks—no sugar added!

I am someone who has been in front of the camera since I was two years old, Ariel said in an interview. Social media was really hard for me. People were saying things like ‘she needs to lose weight,’ or that I looked too masculine. It took a lot of mental toughness to not let it get to me because at first it did. And then my sister had this idea that if we only use social media for good purposes, it would be better for us.
I try not to spend much time on my phone or scrolling through social media, she says.
Eat plenty of fiber
